Bill Owings
Bill started in the men's clothing industry when he was 15 years old. He is from Greenville, SC where his career got started at Rush Wilson. Bill finally settled in Columbia, SC where he was still continuing his clothing career. During his years in this business, he has established a reputation for his expertise in custom clothing. He is thought of by many as the best in the industry with hard to fit customers.
Bill enjoys working with his customers, quickly learning their likes and dislikes. Over time Bill has trained many young clothiers that have gone on to become very successful and have wonderful careers in this industry. He built Bill Owings Custom Clothing as a one man show, and it has grown into a company of now over 15 employees.
He says his favorite day of the week is Monday because it gives him a whole week to do what he loves best... Sell custom clothing.
